still assesing resulte much deeper sleep, but I am in this for the long haul.There could be side effects, but you will have to figure out what dosage works best for you.Start out @ .05 iu every day/two days off. then work up very slowly on dosage. I started off to high and resulted in edema/blood pressure issues. I lowered my dosage and inject twice daily @ .07 iu per injection.I began to notice the positive effects @ 90 days. expect to stay on HGH in order to reap the full benefits.
